Customer Feedback Survey

NPEI is currently preparing to file our Cost of Service Rate Application, which will help us shape our plan for the next five years. This plan will determine the capital investments NPEI will make in infrastructure and equipment, the services it provides to customers and the rates you pay.

NPEI would like our business decisions to be aligned with our customers’ priorities, preferences and needs. As part of our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers, NPEI would like to invite all of our customers to complete the survey below and provide your feedback and opinion.

Throughout the survey, information will be provided in an effort to give you more background on which to base your response. There are no wrong answers, and we encourage you to answer with your honest opinion. All individual responses will remain anonymous.

The survey will take approximately 25-35 minutes to complete, depending on the level of feedback you wish to provide. Your progress will be saved throughout the workbook, meaning you can leave and return to the survey at any time.
