Pre-Authorized Chequing Plan

Save time and money by having your payments automatically deducted from your account each month with the pre-authorized chequing plan.

Equal Payment with Pre-Authorized Plan

Our Equal Payment Plan simplifies paying bills by spreading your annual hydro costs evenly throughout the year. (Based on an eleven month schedule with an adjustment if necessary in the twelfth month).

24-Hour Drop Box Locations

Payments by cheque can be made at one of our 24-hour drop boxes in Niagara Falls, Pelham, West Lincoln or Lincoln, call for the closest address to you.

Debit Cards

You can use your debit card at our office, as an alternative to cash or cheques.

TelePayment

TelePayment is available through most banks and trust companies, allowing you to pay your bill simply using your touchtone phone.

By Mail

Please return the top portion of your bill with your payment in the return envelope provided. Please send cheques to our Head Office.

Local Bank or Trust Company

Your current bill may be paid at your local bank or trust company during regular business hours.

Pay At Our Office

Payment by cash, cheque, or debit card is accepted at our Head Office, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
