Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. is kindly asking customers who may have an illness or who are experiencing symptoms of an illness to please respect the work environment of NPEI employees.

NPEI offers a number of ways a customer can contact the office from their home if they are ill, such as through phone or email. Signing up for MyAccount, NPEI’s online portal, allows customers to view and pay their past and current bills online, without the need to come into the office.

As well, the NPEI website offers a number of online forms that can be completed and then emailed to the office for services like move-ins and move-outs, pre-authorized payments and more.

NPEI takes the health and well-being of its employees very seriously, and kindly asks that customers help us take every precaution to maintain a healthy work-environment for our employees.
