NPEI would like customers to be aware that our My Account services will not be available this weekend as we will be performing maintenance. This maintenance will begin on Friday, February 24 at 5:00pm and it is anticipated that this maintenance should be completed by the afternoon of Sunday, February 26.

During this maintenance, customers will not have access to My Account. Customers will be unable to make online credit card payments or payment by phone. Balance lookup will also be unavailable at this time.
