Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. provides customers with two quick and easy ways to make electricity account bill payments by credit card. 

Please be aware that Paymentus now accepts Mastercard, Visa or American Express.  Please note that the fee charged to the customer has been adjusted to 1.75% for all cards; and the limit per transaction has been increased to $1000.00.

1. By web payment: Click on the Continue button to learn more about Bill Payments by Credit Card and to be transferred to a secure web page powered by our bill payment partner, Paymentus.
   • You will enter the payment information including the account number, credit card details and payment amount.
   • You will also be asked to confirm to pay a convenience fee.
   • Once all the information is entered, click on "Make Payment".
   • You will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.

2. By telephone payment: Dial 1-877-281-2063 and you will be linked to a secure automated telephone payment system, powered by our bill payment partner, Paymentus.
   • You will enter the payment information including the account number, credit card details and payment amount.
   • You will be prompted to confirm that you have agreed to pay a convenience fee.
   • Then you will be provided with a confirmation number if the transaction is successful.
   • Please be advised that we are currently unable to accept a partial credit card payment on an overdue amount through the Paymentus telephone line; however, you may make a partial payment on an overdue amount by clicking on the web link (Continue Button) above. we apologize for any inconvenience and are currently working to rectify the issue.
