As we prepare to file our Distribution System Plan, we will be collecting customers’ feedback to help us shape our plan for the next five years. We will be collecting email addresses as a point of contact for these customer surveys and we would like to hear from you!
If you are a small business and you receive a call from NPEI requesting your email address to add to our files, we would appreciate you providing the email address that would be best suitable for you to receive a customer survey. We would like to assure all customers that this is not a scam.
This is your opportunity to provide your valuable input and have your voice heard, in order for us to make positive changes, and keep you in the know. We truly appreciate it and look forward to speaking with you.
