NPEI is currently preparing to file our Cost of Service Rate Application, which will help us shape our plan for the next five years. This plan will determine the capital investments NPEI will make in infrastructure and equipment, the services it provides to customers and the rates you pay. As part of this process, NPEI is inviting customers to participate in an online survey.
Starting on November 21, 2019, NPEI will be emailing customers from info@npei.ca to invite them to participate in the online survey. Please be assured this is not a scam.
