Update - NPEI Experiencing Billing Delays

Please be advised that Niagara Peninsula Energy is continuing to process delayed billings. As a result, some customers may receive two bills within a short time period. The first bill with a due date of March 19th is the delayed bill and the second bill received with a due date of April 1st is the regular scheduled bill. Interest will only be charged on an overdue balance and not a balance forward. We apologize for any convenience or inconvenience the may cause.
