NPEI has invoked a higher priority response to the pandemic today as we are closing our doors in all locations to visitors. This is out of an abundance of caution and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

NPEI offers a number of ways a customer can contact the office from their home, such as through phone or email. Signing up for MyAccount, NPEI’s online portal, allows customers to view and pay their past and current bills online, without the need to come into the office.

As well, the NPEI website offers a number of online forms that can be completed and then emailed to the office for services like move-ins and move-outs, pre-authorized payments and more.

We will continue to monitor the situation and advise our customers of any changes as we are aware of them. We appreciate your understanding.
