Make the switch, make a difference!

NPEI has launched our 2024 eBill Campaign!

From September 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, NPEI invites its customers who are currently receiving paper bills to make a difference by switching to paperless billing (eBilling). For each customer who enrolls in eBillling during this period, NPEI will donate $10 to a charitable foundation in our service territory – Niagara Falls, Pelham, Lincoln and West Lincoln. For this eBill Campaign, NPEI will be donating the funds raised to the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society to enhance the lives of pets in need.

eBilling is a free, secure and convenient way to receive your bill each month. Customers always have the ability to download and print their bill if needed. 

You may enroll for eBilling by registering for the MyAccount Customer Portal.
