As we approach the Thanksgiving season, NPEI is proud to announce the launch of its new eBill campaign, aimed at promoting environmental sustainability while making a meaningful impact for local non-profit charitable foundations.

From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, NPEI invites its customers who are currently receiving paper bills to make a difference by switching to paperless billing (eBilling). For each customer who enrolls in eBillling during this period, NPEI will donate $10 to a charitable foundation in one of our service territory communities – Niagara Falls, Pelham, Lincoln and West Lincoln. You may enroll for eBilling by registering for MyAccount at www.npei.ca.

“We recognize the importance of partnering with essential support services that improve the lives of individuals and families in need,” said Brian Wilkie President & CEO of NPEI.  Our eBilling campaign not only aligns with our sustainability commitment but also empowers our customers to give back directly to these charitable foundations in our communities.”

“We are so grateful to NPEI for partnering with us to boost our essential services at this pivotal time, as Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming. This type of significant support from community partners helps us with our goal to increase food security and wellbeing to our clients,” said a representative from one of the charitable foundations.

eBilling is a free, secure and convenient way to receive your bill each month. Customers always have the ability to download and print their bill if needed.
