Regulated Price Plan (RPP): Residential customers, small businesses, farm customers and others who are considered low- volume users of electricity (designated consumers) are eligible to purchase their electricity through the RPP. While certain accounts are automatically enrolled by NPEI in the RPP through their consumption or demand profiles, certain classes of consumers are required to declare their status with NPEI in order to be enrolled in the RPP.
